The Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is the world’s original golf trail. It’s a visually stunning collection of masterpiece courses, carved out of the hills, valleys, and marshes of Alabama. Over 100 miles of golf were built to stand the test of time. When the first course along Alabama’s Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail opened in 1992, the golf vacation experience was changed forever. Traveling all around Alabama, golf groups try to play as many courses in a trip as possible, and they come back year after year to fit in a few more of the eleven sites and eight hotels sprinkled around the state.
